How to go sleep and rest?
It feels like I'm always tired, even after a full night's sleep. My body just doesn't feel rested. Are there any good practices or tips to ensure I actually go into a deep sleep and wake up feeling refreshed?

Mujhe bhi bohot problem hoti thi pehle, neend aati hi nahi thi. Maine na sone se pehle light reading start ki, koi phone nahi bas book. Aur ek chammach ashwagandha powder doodh mein leke dekha, it actually helped me calm down. Not sure if it works for everyone but this is what I did.
Namaste. Sleep comes to those who are at peace within. Try to meditate for 10-15 minutes before you lie down, just focus on your breath. Let go of the day's worries. Take care of your mind, and your body will follow. Stay positive.
Hey, don't stress too much about it, sometimes that makes it worse! Try to keep your phone away an hour before bed, seriously. Maybe listen to some calming music or a podcast? Even a warm bath helps me sometimes. Just chill, you'll sleep well!
Dekho, agar neend nahi aa rahi na, toh pehle din mein kya kiya woh socho. Caffeine shaam ke baad band karo, aur phone raat mein chhodo. Ek routine banao ki roz ek time pe so jao, jaldi hi body adjust ho jayegi. Zyaada tension mat lo.

Arre yaar, same problem mere saath bhi hoti hai sometimes. What I do is, I try to switch off all screens like an hour before sleep. And actually, ek thanda shower leke dekho, it works wonders for me. Plus, make sure your room is dark and quiet. Hope this helps!
