How to go on disability for mental health?

My anxiety has become so severe that it's affecting my job and daily life. I've considered taking a break from work. How do you go on disability for mental health in India?

Hello behna, suno, agar bahut takleef ho rahi hai toh bilkul doctor se baat karo. Mental health bhi physical health jaisa hi important hai. Pehle kisi acche psychiatrist se milo aur unko apni problem batao. Woh hi sahi rasta dikhayenge.

Dekho, mental health issues ko lightly nahi lena chahiye. Mere ek relative ko bhi same problem thi, aur unhone der kar di. Best yahi hai ki pehle ek proper psychiatrist se consult karo. Vo hi diagnose kar payenge aur disability ke process mein bhi guide karenge. Self-medication ya guesses mat karna, please.

Hey yaar, don't stress too much pehle. If you're genuinely struggling, it's totally okay to seek help. Start with finding a good mental health professional who can assess your situation properly. They'll tell you the next steps, including if disability is an option and how to go about it. Just focus on getting better first.

Beta, agar mann bahut pareshan hai aur lagta hai ki kaam nahi kar paoge toh doctor ko dikhana hi padega. Vaise toh main hamesha yoga aur meditation bolti hoon, par jab baat disability tak pahunch jaye, tab toh professional help hi chahiye. Apni taraf se koi decision mat lena.

Honestly, bhai, main bhi pehle aise hi ignore karta tha cheezein aur baad mein bahut mushkil hui. Agar mental health ki wajah se aapki life affect ho rahi hai, toh turant kisi psychiatrist ko dikhao. Disability benefits ka process bhi wohi guide karenge after proper diagnosis. Der mat karna, trust me.

Oh god, I completely get how overwhelming this must be. It's a huge step. I'd say, please don't Google too much and get more anxious like I usually do. The best way forward is always to consult a specialist. They'll know all the legalities and medical aspects, which we don't. Just book that appointment, okay?

I can't give medical advice, but I know someone who went through something similar. Unhone sabse pehle ek psychiatrist se thorough evaluation karaya tha. Uske baad hi doctor ne unko guide kiya ki disability ke liye apply kar sakte hain ya nahi aur kya process hai. So, my suggestion would be to start with a specialist consultation.

Aise serious mamlon mein khud se kuch bhi decide mat karo beta. Jaise mere thyroid ka problem hai, regular tests aur doctor follow-up zaroori hota hai. Mental health mein bhi same hai. Pehle ek acche mental health expert se milo, saari baat batao. Woh hi tumhe properly diagnose karke aage ka rasta bata payenge.
