How to go back to sleep?
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep for hours. It's so frustrating because then I'm tired all day. Does anyone have tips on how to go back to sleep quickly?

Honestly, same problem sometimes! I've read somewhere that if u can't sleep for like 20 mins, it's better to get up and do something quiet until u feel sleepy again. Staring at the ceiling just makes it worse for me.
Vanakkam! My mother always says a little bit of warm oil massage on the feet helps. But if it's happening very often, maybe check with your family doctor. Sometimes there's a small reason we don't know about. Wishing you good sleep, friend.
Hey, it's tough when sleep breaks! Make sure your pre-bed routine is solid – no screens for an hour before. Also, what you eat earlier in the evening matters. Keep it light, avoid heavy carbs or sugary stuff too close to bedtime. Hydration helps too but not chugging water right before bed.
Been there, done that, many times! What works for me is to not stress about it. Get out of bed, read a physical book (no phone!), or listen to some very soft, instrumental music. Sometimes a glass of warm milk helps. Don't check the time, that just adds pressure.

Ah, this is what my son goes through sometimes. I make him do some deep breathing exercises in bed, just focusing on his breath. Or sometimes a warm shower helps him relax enough to drift off again. Don't just lie there getting frustrated.
