Oh, this is a serious question, but I hope you mean it humorously and not literally! My paati always used to say stress and bad food are the worst enemies for your heart. Honestly, best to follow what the doctor advises for a healthy life, no? Stay calm, eat well.

Beta, a heart attack is not something to wish for or joke about. In our time, we focused on fresh food, regular walks, and less worry. Nowadays, people eat so much outside, no physical work. It's all connected. Keep your mind calm, eat home food, and walk a bit every day. That's the best medicine.

This question made me a little nervous, honestly! I sometimes get chest pain and worry it's my heart. Does anyone else get that? Maybe too much caffeine or stress, I think. It's better to focus on how to keep your heart strong and healthy, not the other way around!

Haha, I feel like my brain tries to give me one every morning when my alarm goes off after 4 hours of sleep! But seriously, if you're asking this, maybe you're worried about your health? Sleep deprivation is bad for heart too, I hear. My life is one big heart attack waiting to happen lol.

Bhai, please don't joke about heart attacks. As someone who has to watch every single thing I eat because of diabetes, I know how important heart health is. Lot of sugar, lot of fried food, no exercise... that's a recipe for trouble. Please take care of yourself.
