How to give yourself a fever?

My class has a difficult assignment due, and I haven't even started it. I need to buy some time. How can I give myself a fever so I don't have to go to school tomorrow?

Haha, I hope this is for some super important leave from work or school, not actual medical advice! Jokes apart, seriously mat try karna kuch bhi. Just take care of yourself, fever is not a game yaar.

Agreed with Arjun, please don't try to induce a fever. It's really not good for your health and can cause more problems.

Hey, I understand if you're trying to get a day off or something, we've all been there! But actively trying to get sick can be really dangerous. Just rest up if you need a break, don't force a fever, it's not worth it.

Inducing a fever sounds really risky. Focus on eating healthy, lots of fruits and veggies, to keep your immunity strong instead. Malnutrition or extreme stress can affect body temp but these are very unhealthy ways.

For people with conditions like diabetes, even a normal fever can cause blood sugar fluctuations and complications. Intentionally getting one would be incredibly risky. Please don't do this; prioritize your overall health and well-being.

Ayyo, why would you want to do that? My grandmother always says, health is wealth. Don't play around with your body. If you're not feeling well, please just consult a good doctor, okay?

My doctor always stresses that a fever is a symptom, not a condition to be desired. Trying to induce one can stress your body's systems unnecessarily and make you genuinely sick, possibly with something severe. It's not a healthy approach at all.

Oh my god, please don't even think about it! My mind immediately goes to all the horrible things that could happen. Fever means your body is fighting something, you don't want to start that fight for no reason. Please be safe!

Honestly, whatever reason you have for wanting a fever, it's not a good idea. You could end up with something much worse than just a fever. If you need a break, find a healthier way to get it, okay?

Beta, getting a fever intentionally is very wrong. Your body is a temple, keep it well. If you are feeling tired or low, try some warm haldi doodh and rest. Don't play with your health.

Look, I get it, sometimes you just need a break. But deliberately getting sick is not a smart way to go about it. You'll lose more productive time recovering from a real illness than by just taking a planned leave. Be practical.

Having just recovered from a bad fever myself, trust me, you do NOT want one! It was exhausting and so much body pain. Please don't try to make yourself sick, it's really miserable.

I once ignored a high fever and it led to some complications that took weeks to recover from. Purposefully causing one is extremely dangerous. If you're unwell, see a doctor, don't try to manipulate your body like this.

My dear, please don't even think of doing such a thing. Fevers are your body's way of fighting off infections, not something to invite intentionally. It could lead to actual serious illness. Be safe.

I once thought I could 'manage' my health, but ignoring signals or forcing things is just foolish. If there's an underlying reason you want a fever, maybe talk to someone or get a checkup instead of doing something harmful.
