How to get yourself to sleep?

For the past few months, I've been having trouble falling asleep. I lie awake for hours, and then I'm tired all day. Does anyone have tips on how to get myself to sleep faster and better?

I used to struggle so much! What finally worked for me was creating a proper bedtime routine. I stopped all screens an hour before bed, read a book, and drank some warm milk. It took a few days, but now I fall asleep much faster. Consistency is key!

Ah, the eternal quest for sleep! My best advice? Try counting sheep, but make sure they're cute fluffy ones, not the ones that give you nightmares about taxes. 😉 Seriously though, a cool, dark room and no phone in bed can work wonders!

Bro, what works for me is hitting the gym hard in the evening, then a hot shower, and straight to bed. No social media for an hour before. Sometimes I listen to a chill podcast. Wakes you up tired, puts you to sleep fast.

As a working professional, I prioritize my sleep. I've found that cutting out caffeine after 4 PM, keeping my bedroom completely dark and cool, and sticking to a consistent bedtime, even on weekends, has made a huge difference. Blue light filters on devices help too.

I use a sleep tracking app and it's taught me a lot. It suggests dimming lights an hour before bed, doing some light stretching, and listening to calming music. It's really helped improve my sleep quality. Also, keeping your room cool makes a big difference.

My doctor advised creating a consistent sleep hygiene routine. This involves going to bed and waking up at the same time daily, even on holidays. He also recommended avoiding heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol close to bedtime, and ensuring the bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool. It sounds simple, but it's effective.

Child, getting good sleep is very important. I remember how I used to struggle when I was younger. What helped me was a warm bath before bed and chanting some peaceful mantras. And never, ever stress about work just before sleeping. Let the worries go for the night.
