How to get toddler to sleep in own bed?

My 3-year-old insists on sleeping in our bed every night, and we want him to start sleeping in his own room. We've tried a few things, but it's not working. Any tips on how to gently encourage a toddler to sleep in their own bed?

Beta, chote bacche time lete hain. Hum toh ghar pe bachpan se hi sulate hain unko apne room mein. Thoda patience rakho aur ek consistent routine banao. Lori gaao ya koi story sunao, dheere dheere adat pad jaati hai.

We just went through this! What worked for us was a firm bedtime routine. Bath, story, and then into their own bed, no exceptions. The first few nights were tough, but consistency was key. And a nightlight helped a lot too!

While many suggest routine changes, if your toddler is having persistent sleep issues, it's worth checking with a pediatrician. Sometimes there are underlying reasons like sleep apnea or anxiety that need a doctor's attention, especially if it's impacting their health.

Oh, the never-ending sleep battle! I remember those days. Sometimes you just have to give in, other times you try everything. Just make sure they are comfortable and safe. My kids still sneak into our bed sometimes, what to do, haha!

For toddlers, try to keep their dinner light and avoid sugary snacks close to bedtime. High sugar can make them energetic and prevent sleep. A warm glass of milk can sometimes help them feel sleepy. But consistency is most important.

Definitely agree on a consistent bedtime routine. It really helps them understand what to expect.
