How to get through sleep regression?

My 6-month-old was sleeping well for a few weeks, but now she's waking up multiple times at night again. Someone mentioned 'sleep regression,' and I'm exhausted. What can I do to help her sleep better and get through this phase?

Sleep regression is tough, but it's temporary. Don't overthink it too much. Stick to a strict bedtime routine. Dark room, quiet environment. And for crying out loud, don't introduce new sleep props. Be consistent, and it will eventually pass. You just have to ride it out.

Oh, sleep regression, it feels like forever when you're in it. I remember those days with my kids! The most important thing is consistency with your bedtime routine, even if they fight it. And remember, this phase passes. It feels like it won't, but it does. Stay patient and take turns with your partner if you can.

When a child faces sleep regression, it's often a sign of growth. Create a very peaceful, consistent bedtime routine. Gentle massages, soft lullabies, and maybe some quiet breathing exercises for yourself can bring calm to the environment. Remember, their minds are very active, so peace before sleep is key.

Arey, bachche toh aise hi karte hain kabhi-kabhi. Nind nahi aati toh pareshaan karte hain. Bas aap unko pyaar se sulao, kahani sunao. Aur khud bhi thoda aaram kar lo jab bachcha sota hai. Yeh toh samay ki baat hai, theek ho jayega sab.

Oh, sleep regression can be such a challenge! 😩 The best way is to be super patient and consistent with their sleep routine. Dark room, quiet time, a calming bath - whatever works for your little one! And remember, this phase will pass! Hang in there, you got this! 💪💖

I remember my baby went through a horrible sleep regression around 4 months. What worked for us was being super consistent with the bedtime routine, even if it took ages. And also, my husband and I took shifts so one of us could get some uninterrupted sleep. It felt endless, but it did end.
