Vomiting can feel really scary and make you anxious about what's happening. I totally get that! The best thing is to see a doctor to find out why it's happening. Meanwhile, keep yourself hydrated with small sips of water or clear liquids. Don't force yourself to eat.

Oh, vomiting is so draining! I know the feeling. For temporary relief, I always try sips of ginger tea or plain ORS. Sometimes just lying still and not eating for a few hours helps. But if it's persistent, don't keep trying home remedies, go to a doctor fast.

If you're vomiting, obviously no exercise! But once you feel a bit better and the doctor gives the all-clear, light walking can help your system get back on track. For now, focus on rehydrating slowly. My trainer always says listen to your body, and right now your body needs rest.

My doctor emphasized that getting rid of vomiting depends on the cause. For simple cases, like motion sickness or mild upset stomach, bland foods (like khichdi) and sips of rehydration fluids help. But if it's severe, continuous, or with other symptoms like fever/pain, it needs immediate medical attention to prevent dehydration and treat the underlying issue.

Vomiting means something is off. Don't mess around with it. If it's more than a one-off, get to a doctor. Dehydration is a real risk. They'll identify the cause and give you the right medication to stop it. Plain and simple.
