How to get rid of tmj pain?

I've been having a lot of jaw pain and clicking sounds, especially when I eat, and my dentist said it might be TMJ. It's really uncomfortable. What are some effective ways to get rid of TMJ pain?

TMJ pain is so annoying, I feel your struggle! I've tried a few things at home: warm compress on the jaw, gentle massages, and definitely avoiding chewy foods. Sometimes even just being mindful not to clench my jaw helps a little. But if it's severe, a dentist or physiotherapist is best.

TMJ pain, haan? Sometimes it's from too much tension. Try to relax your jaw. A gentle application of warm oil around the joint and light massage can give some comfort. And don't chew hard things for a while. But if it's constant, then you must show it to a proper doctor.

Dude, TMJ pain is legit the worst. I used to get it from clenching my jaw when stressed. My physio gave me some simple exercises and told me to just chill. Also, try eating soft foods for a bit, that helps take the pressure off.

Oh no, TMJ pain sounds like a real headache (or jaw-ache!)! 😫 Maybe try gentle jaw stretches or a warm pack? And remember to relax your shoulders, tension often starts there! Get well soon! ✨
