It's totally okay to feel worried when you have throat pain and cold, especially with everything going on. For me, drinking plenty of warm fluids like ginger-honey tea and doing steam inhalation really helps. Don't stress too much, but do take care.

When I get throat pain and cold, I immediately start with gargles (salt water) and sip on warm water throughout the day. If it's affecting my voice or making it hard to work, I take an OTC lozenge or a mild painkiller after food. But if it persists, then a quick doctor visit is essential, can't afford to be sick for long.

Ah, throat pain and cold, a classic combination. I've had it so many times over the years. What always worked for me was lots of rest, avoiding anything cold, and frequent warm salt water gargles. It usually clears up in a few days with simple care. Just be patient.

Same here, throat pain and cold can be so annoying! I always keep Vicks lozenges at home, they help soothe my throat. And steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil clears up my nose. Warm chai also feels like a hug for the throat!

Yaar, throat pain and cold are literally the worst when you have exams. My go-to is just lots of garam paani, honey lemon tea, and sleeping as much as possible. If it gets really bad, my mom makes me take like, Kadha, which is disgusting but works.

When I have throat pain and a cold, I focus on gentle, warm, and easily digestible foods. Soups, khichdi, and plenty of fluids are key. Avoid anything spicy, fried, or very cold, as it can aggravate your throat. Herbal teas are also very good.
