How to get rid of shoulder pain?

My shoulder has been bothering me for a while now, especially when I try to lift things or move my arm certain ways. It's a constant dull ache that sometimes turns sharp. How can I get rid of this shoulder pain?

Shoulder pain can be tricky. I have high BP so I'm always careful about any new pains. Sometimes it's just muscle strain, but it could be related to posture or even stress affecting your neck and shoulders. Best to get it checked by a doctor to rule out anything serious, especially if it's persistent. Don't ignore these things, lifestyle changes also help a lot.

Hey! I totally get this, I sometimes have shoulder pain from sitting long hours at my desk. What helps me is doing some easy shoulder rolls and neck stretches throughout the day. Also, make sure your pillow and mattress are good, sometimes that's the culprit. A warm shower also feels great!

Oh, shoulder pain is really uncomfortable. I deal with PCOS and sometimes inflammation can cause body aches for me, so I try to be gentle with my body. What works for one person might not work for another, so it's good to figure out the root cause. Maybe some gentle stretches or a hot compress could provide temporary relief?

Yaar, shoulder pain toh bahut irritating hota hai. Actually, mere dost ko bhi ho gaya tha, and for her, it was because of her office chair. She got a new ergonomic one and it helped a lot. Sometimes just a good massage can also help, but if it's constant, then better see a doc, na?

Interesting question! I was just reading about this because my dad sometimes complains of shoulder pain. Apparently, things like bad posture, too much screen time, or even how you sleep can cause it. I think physiotherapy could also be an option for long-term relief.

Dude, shoulder pain is so annoying, especially after a long day of studying or carrying heavy bags. I usually just try to stretch it out a bit or ask my mom for a quick massage with some pain balm. If it's really bad, maybe try an ice pack? But seriously, if it stays, prob go to a doctor.
