How to get rid of severe tooth pain?

My tooth has been aching terribly since yesterday, it's a constant throbbing pain that even painkillers aren't helping much. I can't eat or sleep properly. How do I get rid of this severe tooth pain as soon as possible?

Beti, daant ka dard toh bahut bura hota hai, neend bhi nahi aati. Jab itna tez dard ho, toh jaldi se doctor ke paas jao. Apne aap kuch mat karna. Dentist hi sahi ilaaj batayenge. Apna khayal rakhna.

Severe tooth pain needs immediate action. The realistic advice is to call a dentist right away for an emergency appointment. Over-the-counter painkillers can offer temporary relief, but they won't solve the underlying issue. Don't procrastinate, it will only get worse.

I had severe tooth pain once, it was excruciating. I took a strong painkiller prescribed by my doctor, but that only numbed it for a while. Ultimately, I had to go to the dentist, and it turned out to be a cavity. So, my experience says, a dentist visit is unavoidable.

Dude, severe tooth pain? That's messed up, like, can't even focus on YouTube. You gotta hit up a dentist, no way around it. My friend tried to just gargle with salt water, but it only worked for a bit. Don't be a hero, go get it fixed.
