Severe stomach pain is an immediate cause for concern and warrants professional medical attention. It could be appendicitis, gallstones, severe indigestion, or other serious conditions. Please go to an emergency room or consult a doctor immediately for proper diagnosis and treatment. Self-medication is not advisable.

Sun, if your stomach pain is *severe*, then forget asking online. Pick up the phone and call a doctor or go straight to the hospital. No time for home remedies for something like this. It could be serious, so get it checked. Don't delay, okay?

Hello ji, for severe stomach pain, the most practical advice is to seek immediate medical attention. It's crucial to get a proper diagnosis, as it could range from a gastric issue to something more serious like appendicitis or kidney stones. Don't try to manage it with just painkillers; get to a doctor or hospital right away.

If it's severe, don't even think twice, go to a good hospital. When you meet the doctor, clearly explain where the pain is, how long it's been, and if anything makes it worse or better. Ask them directly what they think the cause is and what tests they recommend. Be clear and firm.

As someone with PCOS, I've learned that not all abdominal pain is the same, and severe pain is always a warning sign. It's better to be safe than sorry. Please get it checked by a doctor. Don't assume it's normal or will pass. A specialist can help figure out the cause.
