How to get rid of scalp dandruff?

My scalp has been constantly itchy, and I see flakes all the time, even though I wash my hair regularly. It's embarrassing to wear dark clothes. What's the best way to get rid of scalp dandruff completely?

Haan na, dandruff can be so irritating! I always use a mild anti-dandruff shampoo, like something with zinc pyrithione. And make sure to rinse your hair properly, no product left behind. It takes a bit of consistency, ho na?

While dandruff isn't directly related to diabetes, maintaining a balanced diet and overall good health is always important. Ensure you're not consuming too much sugar or unhealthy fats. For the dandruff itself, a good anti-dandruff shampoo is usually the first step, and consult a doctor if it persists.

From my experience, regular washing with a good quality anti-dandruff shampoo usually keeps it under control. If I miss washing, it flares up again. But if it's severe or persistent, then a doctor's visit is definitely needed.

Dandruff is very common, dear. My mother used to say to apply curd on the scalp for some time before washing, but for persistent cases, a good medicated shampoo is needed. Always best to consult a dermatologist for proper treatment, don't ignore it.

For recurring or severe scalp dandruff, visiting a dermatologist at a good hospital is your best bet. They can determine if it's just regular dandruff or something like seborrheic dermatitis or even a fungal infection, and then prescribe the correct treatment. Ask them clearly about the cause and solution.
