How to get rid of saggy skin after weight loss?

I lost about 20 kgs in the last year, which is great, but now my neck and jowl area look a bit loose. I'm wondering if there are non-surgical ways to tighten it. How can I get rid of this sagging skin after weight loss, specifically on my face and neck?

Oh, saggy skin can be such a confidence dampener after all that hard work of losing weight! I tried dry brushing, some firming lotions, and even collagen supplements. While they help a little with texture, consistent strength training is truly what makes the biggest difference in filling out the skin.

Congratulations on your weight loss! However, if the saggy skin is extensive, it can sometimes lead to skin irritation or hygiene issues. In such cases, consulting a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon is important to discuss potential surgical options that might be safer and more effective than home remedies.

From my experience, if the saggy skin is a lot, no amount of cream or exercise will completely fix it. I continued with my strength training and kept my skin very hydrated, and it helped some, but major changes might need professional help.

While you can't magically 'get rid of' loose skin without surgery in many cases, building muscle through consistent strength training can significantly improve the appearance and firmness of the underlying tissues. Focus on compound exercises and resistance training for a more toned look.

Wow, I always thought once you lose weight, everything is just perfect. I didn't realize saggy skin was such a common side effect. It makes sense, though. What exactly helps the skin tighten naturally?

Ah, after so much effort for weight loss, this sagging skin can be disappointing. My aunt used to say massaging with sesame oil helps skin elasticity, but for significant sag, you should definitely consult a good dermatologist or a cosmetic surgeon, child. They can advise you properly.

Yaar, saggy skin is a common challenge after big weight loss. Actually, for mild cases, consistent strength training helps fill it out. But for more severe sagging, honestly, cosmetic procedures are often the most effective option. Don't feel bad about considering them.
