How to get rid of psoriasis scars?

I've had psoriasis for a long time, and while the active patches are mostly managed, I'm left with these dark scars on my skin. They make me very self-conscious. How can I get rid of these psoriasis scars and even out my skin tone?

Oh, scars can be so annoying! 🥺 For psoriasis scars, I've heard exfoliation helps, but gentle haan! And loads of moisturizer. Keep your skin happy and hydrated! ✨

For healing and skin regeneration, gentle practices like yoga and pranayama can help improve overall circulation, which aids in healing scars over time. Also, keeping stress low is very important for skin health.

Scarring from psoriasis is common, especially if there was a lot of scratching. Keeping the skin moisturized with a good quality lotion helps a lot. And definitely see a skin specialist for any specific treatments, ghar pe try mat karo sab kuch.

Psoriasis scars often fade with time once the inflammation is under control. But for stubborn ones, you might need to consult a dermatologist for options like laser treatments or topical creams. Don't expect instant results; these things take consistency.

Totally understand, scars can be very visible. Dermatologist consultation is the best way to get personalized treatment for them.

Psoriasis scars? My whole life feels like a scar from something or the other these days! Haha. But seriously, sun protection is super important so they don't get darker. And ask your doc if there's any cream that helps. One more thing to add to the daily routine, sigh.
