How to get rid of psoriasis?

I have these patches of scaly, red skin on various parts of my body, and it's been diagnosed as psoriasis. It's really itchy and sometimes embarrassing. What are the general ways to get rid of psoriasis or manage its symptoms effectively?

Yaar, psoriasis is a really stubborn condition, actually. My friend has it. You can't really 'get rid' of it completely, it's more about managing flare-ups. You absolutely need a dermatologist for this, no home remedies will work beyond soothing a bit.

Hey! Psoriasis is a tricky one. Don't stress too much trying to 'get rid' of it permanently, because it's usually a long-term thing. Focus on managing it with a good skin doctor. They'll give you creams or other treatments. Keep your skin moisturized, that often helps a lot.

I understand how much psoriasis can affect you, not just physically but emotionally too. It's a chronic condition, and it's okay to feel frustrated. The most important thing is to find a good dermatologist and stick to their treatment plan, even if it takes time to find what works for you. Don't lose hope.

For skin conditions like psoriasis, stress is often a big trigger. Practices like gentle yoga and deep breathing (pranayama) can help manage stress, which in turn may help reduce flare-ups. Alongside, a clean, sattvic diet supports overall well-being. But do consult a skin specialist for medical treatment.

Psoriasis can be really persistent, but don't lose heart! 😊 A good dermatologist is your best friend here. They can suggest the right creams or other treatments. Keeping your skin moisturized and staying stress-free (easier said than done, I know! 😅) can also make a big difference!
