How to get rid of plantar fasciitis pain?

Since I started running more regularly, I've developed this sharp pain in my heel, especially when I first wake up. My friend said it sounds like plantar fasciitis. How can I get rid of plantar fasciitis pain and get back to my runs?

Listen, I ignored my foot pain for too long and it got really bad. Don't make my mistake. See a doctor first to confirm it's plantar fasciitis. Meanwhile, gentle calf stretches and rolling your foot over a cold water bottle or tennis ball can give some temporary relief. But definitely get it checked properly.

Oh, I totally get how excruciating plantar fasciitis pain can be, especially in the mornings! What really helped me was stretching my calves and feet before even getting out of bed. Also, investing in good, supportive footwear with arch support makes a huge difference throughout the day.

Ghar pe aap thoda garam pani mein sendha namak daal ke pair soak kar sakte ho, thoda relief milega. Subah uthte hi pair ko stretch karna mat bhoolna. But agar pain bahut zyada hai aur kam nahi ho raha toh doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai beta, der mat karna.

While diet alone won't cure plantar fasciitis, maintaining a healthy weight through balanced vegetarian meals can reduce stress on your feet. Make sure you're getting enough anti-inflammatory foods. But for direct pain relief, stretching and proper footwear are key. Consult a physio for specific exercises.

Foot pain is the worst, yaar! Can't even walk to get my favorite jalebi. For plantar fasciitis, my physio said regular stretching is key. And good shoes are a must, no compromising on that. Maybe skip those fancy, uncomfortable sandals for a bit!

Hey, take it easy with that foot pain. It's important to rest it as much as possible. Try icing the affected area for 15-20 minutes a few times a day to reduce inflammation. And look into getting some good insoles for your shoes; they provide much-needed support.
