Honestly, a hot water bag is your best friend. Keep it on your lower abdomen. If the pain is unbearable, then maybe see a doc for some mild pain relief, but usually, heat helps a lot. Try to relax too.

Haan, period pain bohot tough hota hai. Meri behan ko bhi same problem thi. She used to drink ginger tea. Aur haan, light exercise bhi sometimes helps, but not strenuous one na? Thoda walk kar lo.

Period pain can sometimes be linked to other hormonal imbalances, not always but sometimes. I have thyroid issues and my periods used to be very painful. Maybe get a general checkup done if it's severe and regular. Just to be sure, you know.

My mother always suggested a warm bath and some jaggery water for period pain. It can be quite comforting. But if the pain is too much or new, please do consult a doctor. They can rule out any underlying issues and suggest proper remedies.

Period pain? More like period PAIN, am I right? Haha! But seriously, if it's really bad, sometimes a good distraction works. Watch your favourite movie, eat some comfort food (not too much junk though!). And yeah, hot water bag is the OG.

I totally understand how debilitating period pain can be. It's not just physical, it takes a toll mentally too. Don't feel bad if you need to take a day off. Prioritise rest and be kind to yourself during those days. And if it's really interfering with life, a doctor can help.
