How to get rid of pcos pimples?

Since my PCOS diagnosis, my skin has become really bad, with constant pimples, especially on my jawline and cheeks. It's really affecting my confidence. Is there anything specific I can do to clear up these PCOS-related breakouts?

I tried putting turmeric, honey, and even garlic paste on my PCOS pimples, but honestly, it only irritated my skin more. What actually worked was maintaining a clean diet and using a mild, doctor-prescribed salicylic acid face wash twice a week. Please be gentle with your skin and avoid harsh scrubs.

Haan, yeh PCOS ke pimples sach me bohot dard dete hain, jawline pe toh pure red bumps ho jaate hain na. Aap please unko touch mat karna, skin specialist se ek accha acne gel likhwa lo. And sugar intake kam kar do, usse kafi farak padta hai.

PCOS acne is purely hormonal, so superficial beauty parlor facials are a complete waste of money. You need medical-grade skincare like retinoids or specific oral treatments prescribed by a dermatologist. Get a proper clinical consultation instead of trying random skin hacks.

I totally get it, waking up to painful new cysts every single day can really break your self-esteem and make you want to avoid going out. Please remember that your worth is not defined by your skin. It gets better once you work with a good gynecologist to balance your hormones from inside.

With my terrible sleep schedule and late-night work shifts, my hormones are in a constant state of confusion, and my face looks like a pepperoni pizza! Honestly, sleeping on time helps skin heal so much, but since I can't do that, I rely heavily on my dermatologist's spot treatments.

Pimples are just our body's way of releasing internal heat and hormonal stress. Keep your mind calm, drink lots of water, and nourish your body with pure, simple food. Stay positive, let your inner peace reflect on your face, and let the doctor's treatment do its work.
