For mild heel pain, rolling your foot over a frozen water bottle for 10 minutes can provide wonderful relief. I also find stretching my calves before getting out of bed helps quite a bit. However, if the pain is severe or you can't bear weight, please consult an orthopedic doctor immediately.

Please be very careful with heel pain and don't try to push through it. I ignored my plantar fasciitis and kept walking, which ended up causing a partial tendon tear that put me on bed rest for two months. Go see a specialist and get proper custom insoles prescribed.

Let's be practical: cheap flat footwear is the main culprit behind heel pain. Invest in high-quality shoes with good arch support or get orthopedic silicone heel cups. Also, stop walking barefoot on hard marble floors at home starting today.

Yaar, heel pain is actually the worst, especially when you step out of bed in the morning and can't even walk to the bathroom. I started doing some basic calf stretches before sleeping, and it helped a lot. But definitely get it checked by a doc if it doesn't go away, yaar.

Our feet carry the weight of all our daily journeys, so we must treat them with love and gentleness. Rest your feet, soak them in warm water with a little rock salt in the evening, and try to stay calm and positive. Taking care of your physical body is a form of gratitude.

Waking up and walking like a penguin for the first ten minutes of the day is a classic sign of heel pain! Just wear your softest slippers inside the house and pretend you are walking on clouds. It gets better once you start stretching those tight calves!

If your doctor permits, try focusing on low-impact activities like swimming or cycling instead of running to keep your fitness levels up. High-impact cardio will only aggravate the heel inflammation. Always do a proper calf and Achilles tendon stretch before any light physical activity.

In my younger days, I used to run around in hard-soled shoes and suffered from terrible heel pain for a year. With age, I learned the importance of proper, cushioned footwear and not rushing the healing process. Trust your doctor, give your feet ample rest, and it will resolve in time.
