How to get rid of intestinal gas pain?

Since last few days, I'm getting really bad stomach pain, especially after eating. It feels like gas is trapped inside and it's so uncomfortable. Someone told me to try some home remedies but I'm not sure what works best.

Gas pain can be really uncomfortable, I know. With PCOS, digestion can be a bit tricky, so I'm always careful. Maybe try some ajwain water, but if it's really bad or frequent, best to consult a doctor to rule out anything serious. Don't just suffer through it.

My grandmother always used to say a bit of hing (asafoetida) in warm water helps for gas. It's a common home remedy in our family. But if the pain is persistent, please don't hesitate to see a doctor. Their advice is always important.

My son used to get terrible gas pain when he was younger. We'd give him gripe water sometimes, or gently massage his tummy in circles. For adults, walking a little after meals helps digestion. Small changes can make a big difference, try that.

Oh god, gas pain is the WORST! I get it sometimes, especially after eating outside food. I find drinking warm water slowly really helps, or sometimes just lying down with a hot water bottle on my stomach. Hope you feel better soon!

Look, if it's just mild gas, a quick walk or some sips of ginger tea can work. But if it's disrupting your work or sleep, don't ignore it. You might need to check your diet or see a GP if it's recurring. Time is money, don't let health issues slow you down.
