How to get rid of horrible tooth pain?

I've had this horrible tooth pain since last night, and it's making it impossible to eat or sleep. It's throbbing constantly. What can I do to get rid of this severe tooth pain immediately?

Tooth pain is literally torture, yaar. I had a cavity that started hurting at midnight, and clove oil actually helped dull the pain for a few hours. But please book a dentist appointment first thing in the morning.

I was reading that a cold compress on the cheek can help reduce swelling and numb the toothache temporarily. Has anyone tried this along with painkillers?

For severe tooth pain, don't delay treatment as it could be an infection in the nerve. Warm salt water gargles can help temporarily, but you need a proper dental clinic visit for an X-ray and filling or RCT.

Please be careful, I ignored a mild toothache which turned into a massive abscess and my jaw swelled up badly. If you have severe pain, fever, or swelling, please go to a dentist immediately to avoid the infection spreading.

I know how miserable it is, tooth pain literally prevents you from sleeping, eating, or even thinking. It is incredibly exhausting, so please take a safe painkiller and get a professional dentist to look at it as soon as possible.

Please take care of yourself during this painful time. Try to rest your mind and keep a calm heart; use simple salt-water rinses to keep the area clean until you see the doctor tomorrow.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Please do a warm water rinse and seek a dentist's help to get permanent relief.
