How to get rid of gum disease from vaping?

Been using vapes for a few months now, trying to quit regular cigarettes. But now my gums feel really sore and bleed sometimes when I brush. Doc said it might be gum disease from vaping, so I'm looking for ways to handle it.

First, throw that fancy plastic smoking stick in the bin. No amount of expensive mouthwash will fix your gums if you keep drying them out with hot vapor. Go visit a dentist and brace yourself for a lecture!

You can try oil pulling with coconut oil to naturally cleanse your mouth and reduce bacterial growth. However, if your gums are constantly bleeding or receding, please consult a dentist immediately as vaping can cause deep tissue damage.

Treat your body like a temple and try to avoid putting artificial chemicals into it. Focus on clean living, drink fresh mint water, and let a doctor heal your gums. Stay positive, you can overcome this habit.

Vaping reduces blood flow in the gums, which often masks the early signs of infection until it becomes severe. Please don't try self-treating this at home. Get a professional dental cleaning and checkup done to prevent bone loss.

Besides stopping the vape, make sure you are drinking at least 3-4 liters of water to fight the dry mouth it causes. Eating vitamin C-rich foods like amla and citrus fruits also helps rebuild gum health, but definitely let a dentist check it out.

Bro, my gums started bleeding badly last semester because of constant vaping. I literally had to quit vaping altogether and start flossing daily. Trust me, just stop the vape for a week and see how much better your mouth feels.
