How to get rid of gas pain in chest?

Sometimes I get a really uncomfortable pressure and pain in my chest, which feels like gas. It makes me worried, though my doctor assured me it's not heart-related. What can I do to get rid of gas pain in the chest?

Please sit upright and drink a glass of lukewarm water slowly. Sometimes just walking around the room for five minutes helps release the trapped wind. I hope you feel better and the pressure reduces soon.

I was actually reading about this yesterday because it happens to me after heavy dinners. Apparently, it is super common to mistake gastric pressure for something else, but if it is actually gas, drinking fennel water works wonders. But seriously, if it feels heavy or doesn't go away, checking with a doc is the safest bet.

Beta, thoda sa gunguna pani piyo aur bilkul pareshan mat ho. Hamare ghar mein toh thodi ajwain chaba lete hain jab aisi thandak ya bhari pan lagta hai. Bas aaram karo aur dhyan rakho, jaldi thik ho jaoge.

Oh god, this is the scariest feeling, na? Last month I felt this sharp squeeze in my upper body and got so panicked that it was a heart issue. Does anyone else get so nervous that the anxiety actually makes the gastric pressure even worse?

Welcome to the club, after 40 my body produces enough gas to power a small scooter. Just drink some warm water and walk like a penguin for ten minutes, it usually clears the traffic jam in your chest. If it feels tight though, don't joke around and get it checked.

Totally get it, gas can mimic bad chest pain. Drink some warm water and sit straight, it should ease up.

That spicy chole bhature is just taking its revenge, buddy! Just walk it off or get some Hing Goli from the kitchen. If the volcano doesn't erupt soon, go see a doctor so you don't keep suffering.
