Drink a cup of warm water with a pinch of roasted ajwain and black salt. This has been our family's remedy for decades. But if the pain goes to your chest, don't assume it's gas; check with a doctor.

Hey, don't worry, gas pain can feel scary but it usually passes quickly. Just drink some warm water and try walking slowly around the house for 10 minutes. If it doesn't get better soon, let me know and we can find a doctor.

Whenever I get terrible gas bloating, I lie down on my left side and draw my knees up to my chest. It always helps release the trapped wind naturally for me within a few minutes.

I have tried everything from hing paste on the belly to ginger tea. Honestly, chewing a half teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunf) and swallowing it with warm water works the fastest to ease stomach spasms.

I ate late-night street food and now my stomach is making noises like a motorcycle. I am just pacing up and down my room at 3 AM hoping to fart so I can finally go to sleep.

For quick relief, you can take an over-the-counter chewable simethicone tablet, which safely breaks down gas bubbles in your gut. Avoid carbonated drinks and try to walk it out.

My thyroid sluggishness often slows down my digestion, leading to heavy gas pain. If you get gas very frequently, please get your thyroid levels checked, as a slow metabolism can be the hidden cause.

Stop sitting in one place and complaining. Get up, drink a glass of warm water, and walk around your terrace or room. Movement is the best way to release trapped gas.

Please don't blindly try every home remedy like swallowing raw baking soda or heavy spices, as they can irritate your stomach lining. If you have severe pain, consult a real doctor instead of trusting online tips.

Could it be something else like food poisoning or gallbladder issues? Keep a close watch on the pain. If it doesn't go away in an hour or if you feel nauseated, please call an ambulance or go to a clinic.

My PCOS causes constant bloating and gut issues. I find that drinking peppermint tea really helps soothe the stomach lining, but everyone's body is different, so see what works for you.

I totally understand how terrifying sharp gas pain can feel, especially when it strikes near the chest or back. I used to panic and think it's a heart issue, but try to stay calm. Drink some warm water and let your body relax.

Fasting or eating very light khichdi for one meal gives your stomach a break and resolves gas naturally. Don't worry, we all get it from time to time, just avoid oily foods for a day.

Agree with the advice to walk. A quick 10-minute walk always clears my gas pain faster than any medicine.
