How to get rid of flabby skin after weight loss?

After my significant weight loss journey, I'm left with a lot of loose skin, especially around my stomach and thighs. It's really affecting my confidence. Is there anything I can do to tighten this flabby skin without surgery?

Let's be real, if you lost a massive amount of weight, some loose skin is inevitable. Building muscle through strength training is the best natural way to fill out that skin. Don't waste money on magic creams, they don't work.

My son lost 30 kgs and was very upset about his loose tummy skin. I advised him to keep his skin well-moisturized and continue lifting light weights. Over a year, his body naturally adjusted quite a bit, so please give it some time.

Before you plan any expensive skin-tightening treatments or surgeries, try consistent strength training for at least a year. Gym memberships or a pair of home dumbbells are much cheaper than clinical procedures. Plan your budget wisely.

Losing weight meant saying goodbye to my daily chole bhature, but now I have this loose skin to deal with! I'm focusing on eating foods rich in Vitamin C and collagen, like citrus fruits and bone broth, to help skin elasticity. At least the healthy food is tasty.

Losing weight was the hard part, but this loose skin is so annoying, yaar. Actually, staying hydrated and doing bodyweight exercises like planks and pushups has slowly started showing results for me. Just hang in there!

When I had significant loose skin after my weight loss journey, I consulted a plastic surgeon at Max Hospital. He clearly explained the difference between what exercise can fix and what requires cosmetic correction. It's best to get a professional opinion.

As a diabetic, our skin healing and collagen production can be a bit slower. Make sure your HbA1c levels are in control while you work on toning up. Avoid crash dieting to lose those last few inches, as it only makes skin flabbier.
