How to get rid of fever instantly?

I have an important event coming up, and I've suddenly caught a fever. Is there any way to get rid of a fever almost instantly, or at least bring it down very quickly?

Honestly, nothing cures a fever 'instantly' and rushing it can be dangerous. As someone managing high BP, I know that sudden spikes or trying too many home hacks can stress your system. Get a proper checkup if it is high.

You can use wet sponge strips on the forehead and underarms to bring down the body temperature temporarily. But remember, this only cools the skin, it doesn't cure the infection. If you have chills, vomiting, or breathing issues, go to a clinic immediately.

Instant toh kuch nahi hota hai fever mein, ho na? Body ko fight karne ke liye thoda time chahiye hota hai. Sponge bath le lo thoda temperature down karne ke liye, but rest is key.

Accept that the body needs some quiet time to heal itself right now. Do not rush this process with frustration. Keep your mind calm, drink warm water, and trust that you will feel better very soon.

Do not even think about working out or sweating it out to break the fever instantly. Your muscles need recovery and your heart is already working overtime. Stick to light fluids, electrolyte water, and pure rest.

Instead of buying expensive fast-relief syrups that don't really work, just take basic paracetamol after consulting a local pharmacist. If the fever stays for more than 48 hours, go for a simple CBC test. It's cheaper to diagnose early than to treat complications later.
