How to get rid of feeling like vomiting?

For the past few days, I've been constantly feeling like vomiting, even when I haven't eaten anything unusual. It's really uncomfortable. What can I do to make this feeling go away?

Whenever I feel nauseous after a heavy meal, sipping on some cold ginger tea or chewing a small piece of ginger helps instantly. Also, just sit under a fast fan and don't lie down immediately after eating.

Nausea can happen due to many reasons like acidity, food poisoning, or even blood pressure issues. I always go to a proper clinic and ask my doctor for a safe anti-emetic pill. Don't self-medicate with random tablets, as they can have side effects.

Sucking on a lemon slice with a pinch of black salt and cumin powder works wonders for nausea. Keep your room well-ventilated and take slow, deep breaths. Avoid drinking a lot of water at once, just take small sips.

Beta, if you are feeling like vomiting, try having some plain dahi or rice water. Keep yourself upright and don't smell any strong cooking odors. If the feeling doesn't go away in a few hours or you actually start vomiting a lot, please consult a doctor.

If you are at work and feeling nauseous, just step outside for some fresh air and drink some cold water slowly. Avoid staring at your laptop screen or phone, as motion sickness can make it worse. If it persists, just take sick leave and see a doctor.

Please monitor your symptoms closely. If the nausea is accompanied by severe stomach pain, chest discomfort, or dizziness, do not wait at home. Go to a hospital emergency or see a doctor immediately, as it could be something serious.
