How to get rid of fat in the liver?

My recent health check-up showed some fat in my liver, and the doctor advised me to make some lifestyle changes. I'm a bit worried and want to know how I can effectively reduce this fat, especially through diet.

Please don't worry too much. This is a very common issue these days and it can be managed. Just focus on eating simple, home-cooked meals and try to cut down on oily food. Take it one day at a time.

When my ultrasound report showed fatty liver, I literally lost my sleep thinking it was some major failure. But my doctor laughed and said it is very common and completely reversible. I just cut down sugar, walked daily, and my next scan was absolutely normal, so relax.

I got so scared when I read about liver issues online, literally spent nights searching about it. Honestly, please get a proper LFT blood test done and consult a specialist instead of reading random stuff online. It helps to have a doctor monitor it so you don't keep stressing like I did.

I literally just cleared my grade 1 fatty liver last month. No magic pills worked, only lifestyle changes. I stopped drinking soft drinks completely, reduced my rice portions, and ran 3 kilometers daily. My doctor did a repeat scan and the fat was gone.

If your doctor says it is safe to exercise, start with a 30-minute brisk walk every single day. Exercise is like medicine for a fatty liver because it helps burn that stored fat. Combine that with high-protein, low-carb meals and you will see a huge difference.

At 54, my doctor told me my liver looks like it has been partying without me. All those samosas and late-night sweets caught up. Now I am on a strict 'no maida, no sugar' diet, and honestly, the body feels lighter even if my soul misses the sweets!

Dekho, seedhi baat hai, bahar ka oily khana aur cold drinks band karni padegi. Koi churan ya jadibooti se liver ka fat nahi jayega. Roz subah thoda ghumo aur ghar ka sada khana khao, thoda waqt lagega par thik ho jaoge.
