How to get rid of external piles?

I've been dealing with external piles for a while now, and they are incredibly uncomfortable and sometimes painful. It's embarrassing to talk about, but I really need to find a way to get rid of them.

I can only speak from my own experience with external piles last year. For me, sitting in a tub of warm water (sitz bath) for 15 minutes twice a day gave immense relief. I also had to completely change my diet to avoid constipation.

Dealing with external piles is very painful and uncomfortable. Please consult a general surgeon to get the right treatment quickly.

If you are lifting heavy weights, avoid holding your breath during squats as it increases intra-abdominal pressure and worsens piles. Switch to lighter workouts for a while, and make sure your daily fiber intake is at least 30 grams to keep things smooth.

Don't worry, this is super common and nothing to be embarrassed about! Hydration is your best friend here. Drink lots of water, eat plenty of green veggies, and try a warm sitz bath for quick relief. You'll feel much better soon! 👍

In my experience, gentle movements can help improve blood circulation in the pelvic area. Regular practice of Ashwini Mudra under guidance, along with consuming simple, non-spicy home-cooked meals, has helped many people find relief from this discomfort.
