How to get rid of eczema pimples?

Sometimes my eczema acts up and tiny pimple-like bumps appear, they're so itchy. Is there a way to get rid of these eczema pimples without making them worse or leaving marks?

If you are getting pimple-like bumps on your eczema, it could be a sign of a secondary bacterial or viral infection, or even dyshidrotic eczema. Do not pop or squeeze them under any circumstances. Go straight to a dermatologist to get the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Dealing with skin bumps can be very confusing, especially when hormonal issues like PCOS already cause acne. I try to be extremely cautious and avoid using harsh acne face washes on eczema patches as it can ruin the skin barrier. It is best to let a dermatologist guide you on how to treat them safely.

Please be very careful with fluid-filled bumps or 'pimples' on eczema. I once squeezed one thinking it was a normal pimple, and it spread a severe infection across my arm that required heavy antibiotics. Please visit a doctor immediately to get it checked safely.

Haan, those tiny bumps on eczema can be really irritating and itchy, na. But please don't apply any harsh pimple creams on them as they will dry out the skin even more. Better to show it to a skin doctor and use whatever gentle cream they prescribe.

Tiny blister-like pimples are often a classic sign of dyshidrotic eczema, which can flare up due to stress or sweating. The best approach is to keep the area cool, avoid hot water, and apply a soothing, fragrance-free cream. If they are painful or oozing, consult a doctor for a proper topical treatment.

I totally get it, having itchy pimples on top of already dry eczema skin is absolutely frustrating and makes you want to scratch constantly. Please be gentle with your skin right now and don't use any harsh scrubs. Seeing a dermatologist will help you get the right relief quickly.

In our younger days, we would use a gentle wash of neem water to cool down any skin irritations. However, skin bumps and eczema can be very delicate, so you must not scratch or try harsh home remedies on them. It is always wise to consult a proper vaidya or doctor for safety.
