How to get rid of eczema on hands?

My hands feel rough and they crack often because of eczema, making daily tasks difficult. I've tried a few creams but nothing works for long. What can I do to finally get rid of eczema on my hands?

Our skin often reflects the internal state of our body and mind. Along with local application of pure coconut oil, practicing daily Pranayama like Anulom Vilom has helped me reduce stress, which directly calmed my hand eczema. Give your body gentle care and keep your mind peaceful.

I completely understand how depressing it is when your hands are constantly dry, cracked, and bleeding. You feel like hiding your hands in public and even basic things like eating food with your hands becomes painful. Please know that you are not alone, and with the right medical help, this phase will pass.

Haan, hand eczema really irritates a lot, especially during winters when the skin gets super dry. What worked for me is applying thick Vaseline and wearing cotton gloves at night, try karke dekho na. But do consult a doc if the skin starts cracking or itching too much.

I made the huge mistake of ignoring a small itchy patch on my palm, thinking it was just dry skin from hand wash. It spread to my whole hand and became so painful that I couldn't even hold a pen. Please don't delay like I did; get it checked by a proper skin specialist immediately.

Stop wasting time on kitchen remedies for hand eczema. Go see a dermatologist immediately to get a proper cream prescribed. In the meantime, switch your hand wash to a soap-free cleanser and moisturize your hands every single time they touch water. It is that simple.

Please be very careful with random online advice claiming to cure eczema with herbal pastes or juices. Some of these can cause severe contact dermatitis and make your hand eczema twice as bad. Always verify with a qualified dermatologist before putting anything on irritated, broken skin.

My hand eczema got so severely infected because I kept scratching it and applying random home remedies. I ended up with painful pus-filled blisters and had to take strong antibiotics. Please learn from my experience and visit a doctor to get safe, targeted medical treatment before any complications happen.
