Bhai, humare yahan toh log sote samay hatho par thoda nariyal ka tel laga lete hain taaki khujli na ho. Par aapse yahi kahenge ki ek baar shahar ke bade daktar saab ko dikha lijiye, woh badhiya cream de denge.

Please don't ignore itching on your arms or scratch it with rough cloth. I once scratched my arm eczema so badly that it bled and got a bacterial infection, which took months of clinical treatment to heal. Please consult a doctor early.

Bro, I have this on my elbows and it is super annoying during lectures. I just wear full-sleeve cotton shirts to avoid dust, and apply a thick moisturizer every few hours. Definitely see a dermatologist though, because normal body lotions don't work.

With skin conditions like eczema, it is helpful to maintain a balanced, low-sugar diet to control internal inflammation. Make sure you get a proper diagnosis from a skin specialist to get a safe, effective cream for your arms.

Since hormonal issues can make our skin behave unpredictably, I prefer to be very cautious. I suggest using only fragrance-free, mild body washes for your arms. It is always best to let a dermatologist prescribe the right treatment.
