I always prefer to be very cautious with any kind of sudden pain. For temporary relief, you can apply a warm, dry towel over your ear, but please don't use any home remedies. It is much safer to let a doctor check if there is fluid buildup.

In my younger days, we used to try all kinds of home oils, but I realized over the years that ears are too delicate for such things. A simple warm compress is fine for comfort, but always consult a doctor to get proper, safe treatment.

Sometimes high blood pressure can cause a throbbing sensation or pain in the ears. It is important to keep your lifestyle in check, monitor your pressure regularly, and always consult a doctor rather than self-medicating for quick relief.

Instead of spending money on expensive random ear drops that might not even work, it is better to visit a government hospital or a local general practitioner. Their consultation fee is low, and they can prescribe the exact budget-friendly drops you need.

I see many people asking this, and my constant advice is to avoid putting anything wet inside the ear. Just rest your head on a warm hot-water bottle. If the pain doesn't subside in a few hours, please visit your local clinic.

When I had ear pain due to sinus congestion, keeping myself active with light indoor walks helped clear the nasal passages. However, avoid heavy workouts or bending down until your doctor has checked your ear pressure.
