I hope you find some relief soon as those tiny blisters can be very painful and itchy. Keeping my hands clean and applying a thick fragrance-free moisturizer immediately after washing helped me a lot. Sending you strength to deal with this.

Please do not ignore these small itchy blisters on your fingers. I thought it was just a normal heat rash and kept delaying, which led to a severe secondary infection that took months to heal. Go see a proper skin specialist immediately before it spreads.

I cannot tell you what medicines to take, but in my experience, flare-ups usually happen when I handle harsh dishwashing soaps or detergents. Switching to gloves and using very mild hand washes made a big difference for my skin's recovery.

Yes, keeping the hands completely dry is the key. I also noticed that sweating under plastic gloves makes it worse, so cotton-lined gloves are much better.

Sometimes skin issues are linked to internal autoimmune conditions, as I realized after my thyroid diagnosis. I highly recommend getting a complete blood panel done and discussing these eczema patterns with your doctor rather than just applying creams.

Between working night shifts and dealing with these itchy bumps on my feet, I barely get any sleep. I literally have to resist the urge to pop them with a pin, which I know is a terrible idea! Cold compresses are my only midnight savior.

Haan na, this itching can drive anyone crazy, especially when those small water bubbles come on the palms. I find that keeping an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the hands gives instant relief. Clean hygiene is a must, ho na, otherwise it increases.
