Same here, struggled for years. What actually helped me was washing my hair brush regularly with hot water to stop reinfection.

Honestly, I used to feel so embarrassed to wear black tops because of dandruff. It really takes a toll on your confidence when you constantly feel people are looking at your shoulders. Just take a deep breath, it is very common and it does get better once you find the right routine.

I noticed my dandruff flared up whenever I had too much sugar and processed junk. Once I cleaned up my diet, started drinking 3 liters of water, and washing my sweaty scalp immediately after my workouts, it reduced big time. Sweat and oil buildup are the real culprits.

Please be careful before trying too many strong remedies on your scalp. Sometimes it is not simple dandruff but a skin condition like eczema or psoriasis. It is always safer to consult a dermatologist once to understand what is actually causing it.

Ab toh age ho gayi hai, half the hair is gone anyway but this dandruff refuses to leave me! I have tried everything from lemon to curd, but it only goes away when it wants to. Just wash your hair regularly and pray for good weather, honestly.

Permanent aur fast solution toh mushkil hai boss, but you can control it easily. Just use a basic ketoconazole shampoo from the chemist twice a week. Keep your scalp clean and don't apply heavy hair oils for too long, it just makes the dandruff worse.

I have been reading up on this lately because my hair feels super dry but my scalp is oily. Some articles say tea tree oil works wonders, but others say it can cause irritation. Does anyone know if diluting it with aloe vera gel actually works?
