How to get rid of chest pain from vaping?

My friend and I started vaping a few months back, and now I'm getting chest pain, especially in the evenings. It's a bit scary, to be honest. Is there a way to stop this pain?

Vaping causes harmful chemical buildup in the lungs which can trigger chest pain. Just like managing my blood sugar, protecting your lungs requires strict lifestyle changes. Please stop vaping immediately and consult a doctor to get your lungs checked.

I also felt a weird tightness in my chest after trying a vape, and it made me super anxious. Did anyone else get breathlessness too? I think it is best we both go to a doctor and get an ECG and X-ray done to be safe.

I know how terrifying it is to feel chest pain, it can trigger massive anxiety and panic. Please sit down, take deep slow breaths, and know that you will be okay. But please do see a doctor today to make sure your lungs are safe.

My friend had this exact issue last year because of flavored vapes, and the doctor said it was chemical irritation in the lungs. Please stop vaping right now and drink lots of water. If the pain is sharp or you are breathless, go to a clinic immediately.

Our body is a temple, and putting smoke or chemicals into it will eventually cause harm. Please stay positive, have patience, and seek medical help to heal your lungs properly. God bless you.

I used to vape daily and started getting sharp chest pains and coughing fit. I threw the vape away, rested, and went to a lung specialist who gave me inhalers. The pain stopped only after I completely quit vaping, so please stop now.

I agree with everyone. The only way to stop the chest pain is to completely quit vaping and see a doctor to rule out any lung damage.
