How to get rid of cavity pain?

My tooth has been aching badly for the past few days, and I think it's a cavity. The pain is really distracting. What can I do to get rid of cavity pain at home until I can see a dentist?

For temporary relief, you can place a tiny cotton ball soaked in clove oil on the painful tooth or do a warm salt water rinse. But remember, this only masks the pain and doesn't cure the cavity. Please see a dentist to get it filled permanently.

I had terrible cavity pain last week and couldn't even sleep. Keeping a clove on the tooth helped slightly for an hour, but the real relief came only after the dentist cleaned the decay and did a filling. Go get it checked soon.

Gargling with warm salt water is my go-to whenever my tooth acts up during exams. It helps quiet down the pain temporarily, but you eventually have to visit a clinic to get the cavity sorted out.

I visited a multi-specialty dental hospital when my tooth started throbbing. They gave me a safe painkiller for immediate relief and then fixed the cavity. Ask your dentist clearly what is causing the pain before taking any self-medication.

Cavity pain can make you so restless, ho na. For some time, you can press a clove near that tooth, it gives good relief. But for a permanent solution, you must visit the dentist clinic.
