How to get rid of cavities fast?

My dentist told me I have a few small cavities, and I'm really anxious about getting them filled. I brush regularly, but I guess I need to be more careful. Is there anything I can do to get rid of cavities quickly or prevent them from getting worse before my next appointment?

While regular gargling and a clean lifestyle keep your gums healthy, a physical cavity cannot be healed naturally once it forms. The fastest and safest way is to let a dentist treat it, and then maintain your oral hygiene daily.

No amount of cardio or healthy diet can burn away a tooth cavity, my friend! You need to see a dentist immediately to get it filled fast. Keep up your active lifestyle, but leave the dental work to the experts.

I was just reading about this yesterday because my tooth is sensitive. Turns out there's absolutely no way to regrow enamel at home once a cavity starts. Visiting a dentist for a filling is the only real quick fix.

My grandmother used to suggest clove oil to soothe the tooth, and it does help with temporary pain. But for a permanent cure, we must go to the dental clinic. Dr. Swaminathan filled mine last year and it has been fine since.

Just like you can't fix a broken bone with protein shakes, you can't patch a cavity with clean eating. Go to a dentist to get it cleared fast, and then focus on cutting down pre-workout sugary drinks to protect your teeth.

In my experience, trying to delay a dentist visit only made my toothache worse. I went in for a quick 20-minute filling and the problem was solved. Highly recommend just letting the professionals handle it.

I panicked so much when I saw black spots on my molars, thinking I would need major surgery. But the dentist just cleaned and filled it in one sitting. It is very routine and absolutely nothing to worry about.
