Sometimes high intake of caffeine, salt, or processed foods can make breast pain and tenderness worse. Try reducing tea and coffee, and eat fresh fruits and green vegetables. But if the pain is in one specific spot or you feel a lump, please see a doctor immediately.

Hey, don't stress too much, okay? Breast pain is super common and usually just a PMS symptom due to hormonal changes. Wear a comfortable cotton bra and take a warm shower to relax, but definitely show a doctor if it doesn't go away.

I track my periods on a health app and noticed that my breast pain is purely cyclical, happening 5 days before my period. Tracking your cycle can help you understand if it is just normal hormonal changes. But always consult a doctor if the pain feels unusual or constant.

Wearing a supportive sports bra, especially during any light walking or physical activity, can significantly reduce breast discomfort. However, if the pain is sharp or persistent, avoid heavy workouts and get checked by a gynecologist first.

With my PCOS, hormonal fluctuations frequently cause breast tenderness. I usually manage it with a warm heating pad, but I never skip my routine gynecological checkups. It is always safer to let a professional doctor confirm it's nothing to worry about.

Hey, I face this issue almost every month before my periods start. Wearing very soft, non-wired cotton bras and avoiding caffeine really helps ease the soreness. Just take care of yourself, but do visit a gynaecologist if you notice any hard lump.

I agree that hormonal shifts are the most common cause. Applying a cool compress or gel pack usually gives quick relief.
