How to get rid of body pain?

After a busy week and not enough rest, I'm feeling general body pain all over. It's not a specific injury, just a dull ache everywhere. What can I do to get rid of this body pain and feel refreshed?

Gentle stretching and deep breathing exercises like Shavasana can really help release the tension in your muscles. Don't force your body into hard poses. Just sit quietly, practice slow breathing, and let your body heal naturally.

Actually, my body pain was getting so bad due to long desk hours, yaar. I started taking short breaks every hour and did a warm water shower before sleeping. It really relaxes the muscles, you should try it.

Persistent body pain can stem from vitamin deficiencies, poor posture, or lack of sleep. It is always best to consult a physician and get basic blood tests like Vitamin D and B12 done. Self-medicating with painkillers is never a good long-term solution.

My orthopedist mentioned that chronic muscle fatigue is often aggravated by dehydration and low magnesium. He suggested drinking plenty of water and taking a warm bath with Epsom salt. It really helps soothe nerve and muscle tension.

I know how exhausting it is to live with body pain every day; it literally drains your mood and mental energy. Please don't be hard on yourself for feeling tired. Give yourself permission to rest and seek professional medical advice to find the root cause.

Look, if your whole body is aching, it means you are either overworked or catching a viral infection. Stop staring at your phone, drink warm water, and sleep for 8 hours. If the pain doesn't go away in two days, go see a doctor.
