How to get rid of bad eczema?

My eczema has been acting up severely lately, with intense itching and redness on my hands. The regular creams from the chemist aren't cutting it anymore. What can I do to get rid of this bad eczema and calm my skin down?

Haan, eczema ka khujli bahut zyada pareshan karta hai na. Aap bilkul naram cotton ke kapde pehno aur skin ko hamesha moisture rakhna, bina khushbu wala cream lagana.

For severe skin itching, stop using scented soaps entirely. Switch to a cheap soap-free cleanser and apply plain virgin coconut oil immediately after bathing while the skin is still damp.

Severe eczema needs a systematic approach. Identify your triggers like dust, certain fabrics, or stress, and stick to the moisturizer routine prescribed by your dermatologist.

Eczema flare-ups can be incredibly painful and exhausting to live with. Please take care of yourself, avoid hot water baths, and give your skin time to heal.

I had severe weeping eczema on my hands for months. Keeping my hands dry, wearing cotton gloves, and applying a thick ceramide barrier cream recommended by my doctor finally healed my skin.

If your eczema is bad, stop experimenting with home remedies like neem pastes which can irritate the skin more. Book an appointment with a top dermatologist and get proper steroid or non-steroid topical ointments.
