How to get rid of bad breath from gum disease?

My dentist told me I have some gum disease, and I've noticed my breath isn't fresh, even after brushing. It's really embarrassing in social situations. What can I do to get rid of this bad breath effectively?

Honestly, keeping up with brushing at night is hard when you're exhausted, but skipping it makes bad breath so much worse. Mouthwashes just mask it for ten minutes; only a dentist can clean out the deep plaque.

Taking proper care of your physical body is a form of self-love. Practice gentle mouth rinsing after every meal and keep your mind calm, as stress also affects our oral hygiene.

I had bad breath due to early gingivitis and scaling at the dentist's clinic completely solved it. Now I floss daily and use a soft-bristled toothbrush to maintain healthy gums.

Gum disease needs professional dental scaling. Home remedies will not cure the underlying infection.

My elders suggested warm salt water gargles, which is very good for soothing bleeding gums. However, to cure the bad breath permanently, you must visit a dentist for a proper deep cleaning.

In my long experience, ignoring bleeding gums only leads to weaker teeth later in life. Go to a good dental doctor early, get the scaling done, and use a proper gum-massaging technique.
