How to get rid of back pain?

Been having this nagging back pain for a few weeks now, especially after sitting for long hours at work. My friends suggested some exercises but it's not really helping. What else can I try?

Unless you have a slip disc or your doctor has advised bed rest, light walking is actually amazing for back pain. It keeps the spine mobile and prevents stiffness from sitting all day.

Honestly, stop relying on temporary pain relief sprays. If you have chronic back pain, get an MRI done, visit a physiotherapist, and start core strengthening exercises. That's the only real fix.

Bro, my lower back was wrecked from gaming 8 hours a day. I changed my chair, started taking breaks to stretch every hour, and it made a massive difference. No medicines needed.

Sometimes low Vitamin D3 and B12 levels cause chronic muscle aches in the back. Get your blood levels checked and include calcium-rich foods like paneer, milk, and ragi in your daily diet.

For quick relief, a hot water bag work wonders for soothing tight muscles. Also, make sure your bed mattress is not too soft, a firm cotton mattress is much better for the spine.

I ignored my mild back pain for months by just using balms, and it ended up as a severe disc bulge that put me on bed rest for weeks. Please get it checked by a proper doctor before it gets worse.

Try doing basic hamstring stretches and gentle back extension exercises if you have no nerve compression. If the pain radiates down your legs with numbness, please see an orthopedic doctor.
