How to get rid of asthma without a puffer?

I'm trying to rely less on my puffer for my asthma, if possible, as I've been using it for years. Are there lifestyle changes or other methods I can explore to manage my asthma without needing a puffer constantly?

Honestly, if I tried to survive without my puffer in this city's dusty weather, I wouldn't get a single minute of sleep. Natural remedies are cool, but nothing beats the immediate relief of an inhaler when you just want to sleep at 2 AM.

Oh my god, please don't try to go completely without a puffer if you have active asthma symptoms. It is so risky and makes me so anxious just thinking about it! Keep your inhaler with you just in case, even if you are trying natural breathing exercises.

Bhai, asthma koi temporary bimari nahi hai na jo bina dawa ke thik ho jaye. Haan, yoga aur healthy diet se control me zaroor rehta hai, par emergency me to doctor ka bataya hua puffer hi kaam aata hai. Isme risk mat lo.

Practicing daily Pranayama and keeping a positive, stress-free mind can beautifully strengthen your lungs over time. While it helps reduce the frequency of breathing issues, always respect your body's limits and keep your medical options close.

I tried to manage my wheezing naturally with herbal mixtures for six months and ended up in the emergency ward with a severe attack. Now I use my prescribed preventive inhaler daily and my lungs have recovered completely. Trust your doctor, not myths.
