How to get rid of arthritis headache?

Sometimes, along with my joint pain, I get these really bad headaches that my doctor suspects might be related to my arthritis. It's very debilitating. What can I do for an arthritis headache?

When my neck arthritis first started causing severe headaches years ago, I panicked thinking it was something else. Over time, I realized that keeping my neck posture straight and using a thin orthopedic pillow made a world of difference. Hang in there, it gets easier to manage.

I tried balms, ginger teas, and hot water bags for these neck-induced headaches. What actually worked best for me was applying a cold ice pack to the base of my skull for 15 minutes. It numbs the radiating pain beautifully without any medicine.

Oh, cervical headaches can be such a party spoiler! 💆‍♀️ Try doing some very gentle neck stretches and make sure you aren't looking down at your phone for too long. A little warm oil massage on the neck also helps a lot!

You can try a warm herbal compress on the back of your neck to relax the muscles, which often triggers these headaches. However, if you feel any sudden numbness in your arms or dizziness, please skip the home remedies and visit a clinic right away.

Honestly, staying on the laptop all day makes my neck arthritis and headache so much worse. I just take a break every hour, walk around, and use a pain relief spray. Rest is the only real fix for me.

Headache with neck pain is really terrible, haan na. It makes you feel so irritated all day. Just resting in a dark, quiet room with a warm gel pack on your neck can bring some relief. Please take care of yourself.
