Bumps to natural tarike se gayab hona thoda mushkil hai na. But haan, turmeric milk pine se aur joints par warm sesame oil ki halki malish karne se dard me kafi aaram milta hai. Ek baar doc se zaroor discuss kar lena.

Bony bumps on fingers cannot be completely cured naturally. It is best to consult an orthopedic doctor for guidance.

Doing gentle joint-freeing movements (Sukshma Vyayama) daily can help maintain flexibility in your fingers. Combine this with regular deep breathing like Anulom Vilom to help reduce overall body stress and inflammation. Never force any painful joint movements.

In our times, we used to apply a warm paste of ginger and turmeric on swollen joints to ease the local discomfort. While this may soothe the pain naturally, remember that arthritis needs proper monitoring, so do not avoid medical tests.

Before you spend a fortune on fancy herbal pastes or expensive 'natural cure' packages online, just stick to basic home care. Warm water fermentation costs nothing and works great. Save your money for proper lab tests like Rheumatoid Factor if your doctor recommends them.

My grandmother has these finger bumps and she keeps dipping her hands in warm water with rock salt every evening. She says it really helps with the stiffness, though the bumps are still there. Might be worth trying for relief!
