How to get rid of a fever blister fast overnight?

I got a fever blister last night, and it's really prominent now. I need to look presentable for an event tomorrow morning. Is there any way to get rid of a fever blister fast, maybe even overnight?

Look, getting rid of it overnight is practically impossible, let's be real. Don't go applying toothpaste or garlic on it because that will only burn your skin. Just put some ice wrapped in a clean cloth to reduce the throbbing, and let it dry out naturally.

I always get so anxious when I see a blister forming overnight, thinking it will get infected. Make sure you use a separate towel and cup so you don't pass it to anyone else at home. If it feels extremely painful or spreads near your eyes, please contact a doctor immediately.

As someone who deals with this, there is no overnight miracle cure for viral blisters. You can ask a local doctor for an antiviral cream which helps if applied at the very first tingle. Otherwise, just keep it clean with plain water and don't scratch it.

I have to present in client meetings constantly, so I know how annoying this is. Overnight cures don't work, so I just use a tiny bit of petroleum jelly to keep it from peeling and bleeding during talks. Focus on sleeping early to help your body fight off the virus.

Usually these pop up when our immune system goes down due to heavy training or bad recovery. Don't skip your meals and keep your hydration high. Let your body rest instead of searching for instant overnight hacks.

Avoid spicy food, pickle, and hot beverages right now because they will aggravate the blister. Drink lots of cool water and maybe some fresh sweet lime juice to boost your vitamin C levels naturally. It needs a few days to clear up anyway.
